Weather forecast: High temperatures nationwide on Sunday

Very hot weather across the country on Sunday, with some clouds over Eastern Macedonia and Thrace in the evening hours.

Winds will be mild in mountainous regions, but northwestern winds will register up to 6 in the Beaufort scale in the southeastern Aegean.

Temperatures will reach 44C locally in mainland Greece but will stay slightly lower - at 40-43C in most other areas.
