President Pavlopoulos meets with Russian FM Lavrov
We support Russia, the US and EU cooperation to stop the war in Syria, stated President of Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov whom he received at the presidential mansion on Wednesday (02/11/2016).
The cooperation proves that the three major forces are the guarantee for the world, said Pavlopoulos.
Referring to the Cyprus issue, Pavlopoulos thanked Russia for its support to Cyprus and underlined that we will not accept reductions in the sovereignty and on the occupation troops on Cyprus.
After his visit to the presidential mansion, the Russian foreign minister went to Maximos mansion to meet with prime minister Alexis Tsipras.
