The only thing that will conclude in August is the country's financing, says ND's Staikouras
New Democracy (ND) shadow finance minister Christos Staikouras in an interview to the Sunday edition of Eleftheros Typos, doubts Greece's clean exit after the end of the programme.
The main opposition deputy explained that "the only thing that will conclude in August is the country's financing. The memorandum policies 'burdened' with additional and heavy measures will continue for the next years.
He said that his party wishes the clean exit from the memoranda and the country's financing with low lending cost and believes necessary the creation of a safety net with the exploitation of 27 bln euros from the loan's unallocated funds.
Finally, Staikouras referred to his party's reforms plan that will lead to the achievement of higher growth rates that will improve the debt's sustainability.
