President Pavlopoulos: Proper administration of Justice demands the guarantee of its independence

The president made a special reference to the guarantees of institutional and procedural law which should safeguard the proper administration of justice according to the rules of the national and the international law and the fair trial as this is considered in the modern democratic legal state.

He also explained that the proper administration of justice demands the guarantee and strengthening of its independence.
