Hatzidakis in Brussels for EU ministerial meetings
Finance Minister Kostis Hatzidakis was in Brussels on Tuesday for meetings with his EU counterparts, including an ECOFIN Council and a joint meeting of the EU finance and labour ministers. The minister also attended a Eurogroup meeting held on Monday.
The joint meeting of finance and labour ministers will discuss social investment and reforms, macroeconomic stabilisation and social convergence. Afterwards, in the framework of ECOFIN, the finance ministers will exchange views on the progress in the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Facility and the economic and fiscal impact of the war in Ukraine.
On the sidelines of the meetings, Hatzidakis will have meetings with European officials.
