FM Dendias donates 30.000 vaccines against COVID to the Libyan people
Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias, who is in eastern Libya on Thursday, donated 30,000 vaccines against COVID-19 to the Libyan people at an event held at his arrival at Benghazi airport.
In statements, Dendias said that Greece continues to support the Libyan people in their efforts to fight the COVID19 pandemic and is donating additional vaccines, following the donation of 200.000 vaccines in August 2021. "The Greek government is always willing and able to give as many doses of vaccines as you can absorb," Dendias said, noting that "Greek society considers health a public good to which all the people of the world are entitled".
